3. Services
The site provides general dental information. It is not a substitute for professional dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from your dentist.
4. User Accounts
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and protect your login details. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site is owned by Healing Fairy Healthcare. You may not use it without permission.
6. Disclaimers
The site’s information is provided “as is” without warranties. Healing Fairy Healthcare is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of State. Any disputes will be handled in [Sonipat Haryana Jurisdiction] courts.
Policy on Refunds & Re-treatment
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be available when there is a wrong payment or swiping of a card into a 2hf account. Refunds are also available when there is a change in the patient’s general medical condition such as Cardiac, Pulmonary or Endocrinal etc, rendering the patient unsuitable for said treatment.
Dental treatment outcome (much like all medical) depends on many factors including the condition and progress of the underlying disease, the patient’s biology, pre-and post-treatment care and the patient’s compliance. If Healing Fairy Healthcare Pvt. ltd. (2hf) management, subject to review by the 2hf Quality Processes, determines that the treatment outcome could have been better, they under sole discretion may approve refunds.
Refunds (2 Modes): Credit to patient’s Bank (takes 15-30 days) or the patient may choose ‘2hf credit points’.
2hf credit points: It is quicker & they can use their money for any alternate treatment for themselves or for anyone else:
1. What is it: Refund will be credited to the patient’s 2hf Account, which may be used for any treatment within one year for the patient or anyone known to patient and may transfer same to anyone by an e-mail to 2hf.
2. 2hf credit points Credit Advantages: ‘No deductions will be done for Consultations, x-rays, diagnosis & treatment planning except for treatment carried out like scaling, extraction, lab work etc.
Refund Process (Time required for the process to complete 15-30 days):
- The refund process will start once a written request is received from the patient with reasons. The request should have been initiated within 6 months.
- For Refund: The patient will submit documents, receipts, and x-rays. The patient will also return 2hf delivered dentures, crowns, aligners, failed implants, and ortho appliances if any, to the treating clinic for which a refund is asked. No refund will be eligible if there is a loss of prosthesis or failure to return the implant.
- 2hf Quality Team will review the refund request based on all facts & patient-provided records pertaining to the underlying condition and reserves full and complete right to approve the above.
- Consultations, x-rays, diagnosis & treatment planning, and membership plans are not eligible for a refund; these will be deducted. Lab charges for prostheses, aligners, crowns, dentures etc. will also be deducted.
Refund Claims will not be eligible:
- Treatment has started / part completed / prosthesis fitted or the implant, brackets or crowns have been ordered.
- The patient does not report for treatment for a long time and the condition deteriorates or the fit has changed; like in cases of dentures, crowns, aligners etc.
- 6 months have passed since the treatment is over or the patient gets treatment done at any clinic outside 2hf.
- The patient did not comply with instructions or failed to report for further treatment like in implants or wear retention plates in Orthodontic treatment as advised.
- Aligners: If impressions or scans have been done and the aligners have been ordered.
- If the Aligner/crown / denture has not been collected by the patient and the ‘fit has changed’, due to shifting of teeth, requiring new measurements.
- If the treatment is booked under ‘zero interest’ finance schemes.
Warranty treatments:
- Crowns/ bridges under warranty by Lab: Warranty is limited to free replacement of prosthesis (crown, bridge) during warranty if it cracks, chips or comes out. Crown will have to be returned to avail warranty.
- Wherever the crown or prosthesis is lost, the cost of remaking will be charged.
- The warranty is for the crown only and not for the tooth. Pain in the tooth does not qualify for refunds towards the Crown.
- The warranty does not cover tooth fracture, tooth disease or toothache.
Compulsory Deductions for Aligners/Orthodontic/Implant/Other Treatment:

RE-TREATMENT POLICY (Re-treatments)
‘2hf’ always aims to ensure best clinical practices by highly qualified and trained doctors in its clinics. However, if the prognosis/outcome of any treatment is not on the desired lines, due to various limitations.
Re-treatment will be undertaken on priority by 2HF India in case: (limited to 6 months unless otherwise specified)
- There is Loss of filling, breakage of appliance or cementation failure.
- When treatment outcome is not as per patient’s satisfaction – The patient should have been regular in appointments and post-operative check-ups and followed instructions and not done anything contrary to instructions. However, if the patient has not complied with appointments and/or instructions as specified by the dental surgeon during the treatment, leading to a situation resulting in the need for additional procedure to rectify the presented situation, the difference in costs will be paid for by the patient. If the cost of re-treatment is higher than previously paid, a differential amount will be paid by the patient.
- In case of failed treatment: Re-treatment or alternate treatment at any 2hf clinic within 6 months will be undertaken.
- The patient should not have had any treatment done from a clinic other than 2hf clinic to qualify for the re-treatment.
Orthodontic Patients’ will qualify for Re-treatment: Within 1 year of completion of treatment if:
- The patient has complied with the timely appointments and review visits, reported immediately on breakages of brackets/appliances, worn the retainers and/or aligners as advised and not delayed the visits to dentists. Failure to do so causes relapse or prolongs the treatment, which is not covered under re-treatment.
- Will not Qualify: If the patient stops coming (for 4 months at a stretch) after the treatment has started, the company will be at liberty to cancel the treatment.
Implant Patient’ will qualify for Re-treatment: Within 1 year of completion of treatment if:
- The patient has come for balance treatment in time, both for Implant surgery or for fixing crowns or teeth etc.
- The patient must have followed post-operative instructions, maintained normal blood parameters, especially Serum Calcium & vitamin D & abstained from smoking.
- Diabetic or hypertension patients should have come for timely post-operative check-ups every month till the prosthesis is fitted and then every alternate month for one year.
- Will not Qualify: If the patient has delayed coming to get the balance treatment done (implant surgery/fixing teeth), re-treatment will not be eligible. Additional costs will be applicable as per procedure.
Patient Relocates to Other City/Country
- Treatment will be continued, or the Re-Treatment will be undertaken at any 2hf clinic across the country after consultation by a 2hf Doctor, subject to approval by the Management on a case-to-case basis.
- For Ortho & Implant Patients – If 2hf Clinic has ‘No In-house specialist’ of that speciality, in that city, the patient will have to bear the visitation charges for an external specialist. Further, if there is ‘No 2hf Clinic’ in the city, where the patient relocates, no refunds will be admissible, and treatment will only be given in the closest 2hf Clinics.
MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
2HF is committed to providing the highest quality healthcare services to our patients. However, to ensure the integrity of our operations and protect the rights of our patients and healthcare providers, we reserve the right to reject refund or retreatment claims in certain circumstances.
- Defamation: If a patient has made any attempt to defame 2hf or made defamatory statements about 2HF or its healthcare providers, and cause significant harm to our reputation or the reputation of our healthcare providers, we may reject refund or retreatment claims.
- Non-Compliance: If a patient has not followed the prescribed treatment plan or instructions, and this non-compliance has directly contributed to a negative outcome or compromised the patient's health, we may reject refund or retreatment claims.
Clinical Findings: In cases where clinical findings or patient history indicate that a refund or retreatment claim is not warranted, or where the requested refund or retreatment is not consistent with accepted medical standards, we may reject the claim.
All refund and retreatment requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specific circumstances, the patient's overall experience, and the applicable laws and regulations.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the provision of healthcare services at 2HF will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sonipat [Sonepat, Haryana, India], where 2HF has its registered office.
